Reflexology has worked for me, the swelling in my legs has reduced significantly and I’m able to get my shoes on with ease for the first time in years. Liz was wonderful, friendly and made me feel at ease. I’ve never liked any type of massage before and I REALLY don’t like people touching my feet, but Liz has completely changed that for me and I look forward to our weekly sessions. Liz was really professional and just an absolute delight. Highly recommend for anyone not keen / wary of massage or anyone with sensitivity issues. Thanks so much Liz, you’ve changed my life!
